Two and a half months ago, I went to Salt Lake City for almost an entire week. In addition to wanting to get away from work for awhile (I really do love my job, but everybody needs a break every now and then), I wanted to go visit several of my old friends. Not only did I want to catch up on old times with a couple of my friends who live throughout Salt Lake City, but one of my friends had just had a baby with his wife, so I wanted to go say hello to his newest child.
Because I was going to be visiting multiple friends while I was in Salt Lake City, I decided that I should get a hotel room and rental car. I realized that this would make it easiest to fairly divide my time between my different friends. Since I also needed a flight, I got online to see if I could find a package that included all three of these things. Sure enough, it didn’t take me long to come across a package deal, which was really great because it saved me a significant amount of money.
